DribbleAudit is software that helps Indian Chartered Accountants draft GST and Income-Tax notice replies, stress-test tax positions, run reconciliations, manage litigation and compliance, and operate their practice. It is an assistive tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. All outputs are AI-generated drafts for review by a qualified professional; they do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice.

AI-generated drafts, opinions, computations and analyses are informational aids. While we cite sources curated from official CBIC, CBDT and court databases, the interpretation of law and every final filing decision remain yours as the qualified professional. You must review all output before relying on or filing it. We are not liable for outcomes arising from acting on AI output without independent professional review.

You are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent before processing their confidential information through this service, in accordance with ICAI's Code of Ethics.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. If you accept these terms on behalf of a firm, company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@dribbleaudit.com.

You agree not to use the service to attempt tax evasion, file knowingly false documents, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or overload or probe our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and include a monthly pool of AI credits. AI actions consume credits according to their published cost; when the pool is exhausted, AI features pause until the next period or until you buy a prepaid top-up pack.

Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-refundable once purchased, except for duplicate or erroneous charges.

Cancellation, renewal and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%), which is added at checkout. A GST tax invoice is issued for every charge; customers should provide their GSTIN for correct place-of-supply treatment and input tax credit eligibility.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The software, design, and law corpus remain the intellectual property of Dribble Software Private Limited.

The service relies on third parties including our AI provider (Anthropic, USA — for AI inference only) and payment processor (Razorpay, India). Your use of the relevant features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our law corpus is curated from official sources; we endeavour to keep it current but do not warrant its completeness or currency — always verify citations against official texts before filing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dribble Software Private Limited's total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; gross negligence or wilful misconduct; death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or any non-excludable statutory liability including under the DPDPA or the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

You may stop using and cancel the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your access ends at the close of your paid period; your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications will be posted here with a new date. For any question, contact hello@dribbleaudit.com or our Grievance Officer at privacy@dribbleaudit.com.
