We're building the AI agent
Indian CAs actually want.
ChatGPT hallucinates case law. Taxmann is a library, not a workflow. We're building the missing middle: AI-native software that does the work, cites the law correctly, and respects the CA's professional judgment.
Why we're building this.
In late 2025 we started talking to Indian CAs about how they actually spend their week. The list was depressingly consistent: 11pm Taxmann sessions to verify a position. A 30-notice backlog where 3 were urgent and you couldn't tell which. A 400-row 2B reconciliation in Excel every month. Chasing the same clients for the same bank statement.
The frustrating part: AI had supposedly arrived. ChatGPT was everywhere. But every CA who'd tried it had a story about a hallucinated case citation that almost ended up in a filed reply. Or a confidently-wrong reading of Section 17(5)(b)(ii). The cure looked worse than the disease.
So we built DribbleAudit. The thesis: don't try to replace the CA — replace the 12 spreadsheets, the 47-tab Chrome window, the 11pm Taxmann marathon. Make AI useful by making it grounded — every citation verified against a real corpus, every draft reviewed before sign-off, every workflow purpose-built for one specific Indian CA pain.
We're in early access with 10 pilot firms across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat. 25+ tools live, all sharing one workspace + client list. We're hiring carefully and shipping fast — drop us a line if you want to be a pilot CA or join the team.
Three rules we won't compromise on.
AI drafts; you sign. Every output gets a human review pass. We never market DribbleAudit as a substitute for professional judgment — only as the multiplier behind it.
The single technical decision we won't compromise. Every cite in every draft, every Position Card, every reply resolves to a verified corpus row — or it doesn't ship.
Not a generic tool with India added later. CGST Act + Rules, GSTR-2B formats, ROC return cadence, state-act parallels — all baked in. We sweat the local details.
