Service Delivery Policy
DribbleAudit is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. This policy explains how access is delivered — there is no physical shipment of any kind.

1. Digital delivery only
DribbleAudit is delivered entirely online through our web application. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges apply. Razorpay requires this policy for payment gateway compliance.
2. When you get access
Access is provisioned to your registered email address:
- On sign-up — your 14-day free trial workspace is created immediately after you verify your email.
- On payment — when you upgrade to a paid plan or buy a top-up pack, the corresponding access or AI credits are applied to your account within minutes of Razorpay confirming the payment, and in any case within 24 hours.
3. Accessing the service
Log in at the DribbleAudit web app with the email you registered. The service works in any modern browser; there is nothing to install. If you do not receive access within a few minutes of signing up or paying, check your spam folder and then contact us.
4. Support
If you have any trouble receiving or accessing your subscription, email support@dribbleaudit.com (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) and we'll sort it out quickly.
